Q.001 /What is itskindalabs?

An early-stage startup in Yogyakarta that builds its own AI software for small businesses. We make one product at a time, each aimed at a single everyday problem, and we are open about how far along each one is.

Q.002 /Is Payana an AI product?

No. Payana is our first product and it is payroll software. AI UGC and AI ERP are our AI products, and both are still in development.

Q.003 /What do Pilot and Cooking mean?

Pilot means it is live and you can try it today. Cooking means we are still building it. Join the waitlist and we will email you when it opens.

Q.004 /Does Payana pay salaries in crypto?

No. Payana is payroll software: employees get smart wallets, and each payslip becomes a record anyone can verify. The pilot runs on a testnet and does not move real money.

Q.005 /What are ERC-4337 and ERC-5192?

Two open standards Payana is built on. ERC-4337 lets a wallet work without its owner handling gas fees. ERC-5192 makes a token soulbound, so a payslip can be verified but never transferred to someone else.

Q.006 /When do AI UGC and AI ERP launch?

No date yet. Both are still in development, and both names may change before launch. Join the waitlist to hear first.

Q.007 /What happens to my email?

We use it to tell you when the product you picked is ready to try. Nothing else.
